From delicious spicy hot chai, turmeric lattes and a rainbow of healthy hot drinks to the crowd staple, coffee are served by our expert barista with your choice of milk. The gluten free apple tarte-tartin may be a little sinful for breakfast, so we offer delicious chia fruit parfaits dolloped with coconut yoghurt, or fresh RAW granola.
If you are looking for a more hearty start try our green breakfast bowls; a base of healthy greens, avocado and quinoa topped with slow-cooked farm eggs, and your choice of smoked salmon, crispy bacon or vegan delights are a substantial start to the day. You may wish to try the Autumn specials like the truffled polenta ‘breakfast pizza’, piled high with sautéed forest mushrooms.
Further into the day, traditional farmhouse pate, can be enjoyed right beside our quirky ‘Not-Tuna’ pate, a delicious RAW vegan spread you can mop up with our selection of loaves for every taste (and tolerance), there are even homemade living food chia crackers. For a super-quick pit-stop lunch, check out the provincial salad stars, rotating daily, like Salad Nicoise, Shaved Asparagus salad with Fromage Tomme and Hazelnuts, Lentil salad with Sherry vinaigrette.
A daily selection of cakes, Warm Chestnut & Chocolate Fondant, Pistachio & Lime flourless torte, Pear & Ginger syrup cake, RAW Carrot Cake made entirely from carrots, fruits and nuts, homemade Green tea & Honey marshmallows and all sorts of French inspired little treats await discovery.
